Tapaus K6VVA/KL7 Pitääkö olla huolissaan?
Keskustelussa, viitataan jopa DXCC ohjelmaan.

Part of the rule says "... the cardinal principle to be followed must be that it is immaterial whether the contact is a known participant or not in IOTA."... yes it is obvious for many of us, but IOTA board believe it was time to write it down to ensure good fairplay and avoid elitism in this program


Please take a step back and think about similar situation in the DXCC program : for example, someone going to activate Bouvet or Crozet isl. but only QSO DXCC Honor Roll people (or even extreme ..  only DXCC #1 HR hi :) .. Don't you think it will be fair ? of course not since it will deny QSO anyone that is in ham radio since about 20 years, and I bet the DXCC board will react even quicker to this unfair situation.
